Sometimes people will ask why students attend only once per week, and it’s a good question – here’s some thoughts:
Many schools do two 45 or 50 minute classes, and we used to as well. But many years ago we found that most students were simply too busy to make both classes, and ended up attending only one a week anyway. (and let’s face it, we’re all way too busy these days! 🙂 So we switched to one longer 90 minute class, and have had great success!
Even if a school offers 5 classes a week, it may seem like a great deal for the monthly cost, but if you really only attend once a week anyway, it really doesn’t help at all.
And when you factor in warm ups and stretching over two classes, we usually get more actual training time in our one hour and a half class too.
We’ve been doing one 90 minute class for decades. It really works, people learn amazing skills, become Black Belts, and grow stronger in the Lord at every class. We hope you’ll join us!
Hope that helps – if you have any questions to feel free to contact us anytime.
